- Responsible for the supervision of the daily workflow management on the assigned project(s)- Providing and coordinating administrative support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company- Supporting preparation of new or updates PV Operational Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures in the field of expertise- Supporting and participating in Audits and Inspections with regards to Assistants part in case processing activities as required- Line manage the team of PV Assistants in the Team (periodic appraisals, performing vacation approval, ensuring adequate cover is in place to meet operational requirements for existing and new contracts)- Providing input into the Joint Operating Guidelines, Pharmacovigilance, System Master File or other project specific controlled documentation as appropriate- Ensuring that each project team member has up to date training records that contains all project specific training, as appropriate- Support ICSR Assistant Lead where appropriate- Mentoring and training of new and more junior employees within the department- Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as applicable- Conducting interviews for PV Admin position
