The IT Hardware and Platform Specialist is responsible for hardware and software support, including activating new hardware, maintaining equipment inventory, updating firmware for optimal performance, troubleshooting equipment and network issues, and basic user account management. Experienced in efficiently maintaining team equipment and resolving technical issues quickly.

As a member of the "FOSA" Event Staff, my services are aimed at providing information, providing support, and ensuring the safety of participants in large gatherings. This includes information dissemination, crowd management, emergency response planning, lost and found services, and customer support. The goal is to create a positive and secure atmosphere during mass events.

I worked as an intern computer hardware technician at Silesian schools, where I supported network infrastructure and computer hardware systems. My duties encompassed maintaining and mending computer systems and their accessories, putting together and establishing fresh computer systems, establishing network infrastructure, and resolving technical problems. Together with other technical support employees, I made sure that services were delivered smoothly and kept thorough records of any technical problems and their fixes.
