I supported all of Laser Quest GB's Franchisees with up to date marketing resources & website design/content. Also supported the operations manager work towards international expansion in France & Taiwan, and ensuring that documentation/marketing was consistent across current sites alligning with Quality Assurance procedures. I particularly enjoyed working on the recreation of the archived marketing resources from the early 90s.

A large proportion of my work in this area was developing the UI design of the booking systems, so it was user friendly for clients who opted to have an embedded iframe on their website.
