Currently handling the Role of Regional SPOC for 6 Circles, streamlining the Communication Processes between the circles and the NHQ. Specifically I do-• Partnering with State HR Heads of 6 Circles to achieve desired hiring results within deadline as indicated by NHQ• Ensure right Organizational Structure through Right Employee Allocation and Transfers In system (HRIS), for 6 circles of geography team.• Ensuring Adherence of Policies and Practices by the Circles for effective grievance redressal of the employees and also taking care of their needs.• Develop relationships with employees at informal plane and Evolve mechanisms to sense Employee Concerns/behaviour , red flag the issues and report observations to persons concerned in the Geography HR Team.

- Worked with Internal teams, External Vendors (Consultants) and Hiring managers in End to End Recruitment from Sourcing till Onboarding giving adherence to TAT.- Identified and Sourced appropriate talent.- Executed the Recruitment Process and taken care of Employee Life Cycle including initial Assessments, Interviews, Compensation Negotiations and final offers.
