Roles & Responsibilities: Ensuring on boarding of candidates and smooth conduct of training sessions. Collecting mandatory documents and uploading the same on official portal for all the closing and new batches. Conducting induction of the new batches, handling grievances of the students. Preparing Attendance sheets and uploading the same on official portal of the company as and when required. Coordinating with HRs of various companies for placements of the batches with and scheduling interviews. Handling salary negotiations with companies for the students so that minimum wages rules are followed. Ensuring students get placed and collecting D.O.J records /offer letters of the selected candidates to close the batch within the deadlines. Handling ERP, Stock Procurement and issue. Preparing the students for the interview process through mock sessions, tests and periodic evaluation as per the company systems and policies. Guiding the candidates about the do’s & don’ts in the academy. Ensuring timely issuing of ID cards, uniforms & shoes. Conducting training classes as per schedule. Motivating & guiding the students to ensure minimum dropouts. Co-ordinating mobilisation and connecting with various organisations, for reaching our target candidates.
