I am a Business Development Director with FrontStream Payments, focusing in the automotive, propane, hospitality, and medical industries. My responsibilities include developing new VAR partnerships within each industry. This includes assisting with software integrations, relationship management, and development of sales strategies for my proactive sales team. I manage a team whose primary function is outbound calling campaigns to our partners. I have over 16 years of payment industry experience, and have worked with merchants of all sizes - ranging from small, individual clients to large companies that process several million dollars per month. I began my career with American Express supporting card holders, and realized early on that I had a passion to provide assistance from the merchant side. Having worked for some of the major payment processors, including FirstData, Chase Paymentech and Bank of America, gave me the foundation to effectively support merchants with all aspects of payment processing including chargeback training, an understanding of Interchange, and support for PCI Security. Born and raised in South Florida, I have always had a strong work ethic and actually had my first “real” job at the age of 14. Married for over 10 years to my soul mate, we have one beautiful daughter. Family is extremely important, so I play a big role at my daughter’s elementary school serving on the executive board as the PTA Treasurer.
