Simon Wallace has 40 years experience in portfolio, programme and project management including PMO, predominantly in the Finance Sector and Public Sector. He has managed or advised in the management of around 60 business change and IT initiatives, many of which were cross-functional and full life-cycle. He has worked at senior levels, interacting up to Secretary of State and Permanent Secretary level in the Public Sector, and board level in the Private Sector.Simon was Head of Management Consultancy for Turner & Townsend Management Solutions Ltd and a Council member of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), the organisation representing UK management consultancies. Simon spent 22 years in total with KPMG. In addition to his client work, he became part of the global management team based in Washington. This included responsibility for developing and exploiting best practices in programme and project management, including PMO. Latterly, he became head of the Quality and Risk Management team for KPMG's UK Consulting practices.
