Product Management:* Playing an integral role in building a SaaS based customer engagement solution/Insight exchange platform. * Product Ownership (Mobile App, Web application, Website) - Conceptualization of product features, assistance and support product development team in developing of new and existing products from scratch till LIVE. Liaise with the UX and Visual Design teams to define and build great guest experiences across multiple platforms. * Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with our goals and customer problem statements. Preparing business case with value propositions / product releases that includes pricing, product features, implementation roll out, etc. * Defining wireframes and functional requirement, breakdown requirements into EPICs, Features and user stories, write definition of readiness (DoR), definition of done (DoD) and functional & non-functional (technical, system), acceptance criteria for features and PBIs and delivering MVP as part of Program Increment.* Managing the full roll out of products includes supporting with training and liaising with our Operations, Product development and Marketing departments. Panel Management:* Build and maintaining highly responsive online panels across the globe. * Drive high impact strategic content partnerships across several verticals and geographies (APAC, MENA, and Europe).* Development and implementation of strategies, generate, share and action data-driven Insights to drive conversions and panel engagement. Define creative, digital and campaign briefs/ pitches. Liaise with the social media strategist to develop both creative and strategic ideas to boost up panel engagement/retention.* Evaluate partnership performance, identify ROI and continued optimization. Develop appropriate metrics and reports to assess and communicate corporate and community partnerships effectiveness.

Survey Management and handling below responsibilities.# Providing Leadership and Supervision for the entire team# Manage highly complex (survey programming) projects for largest clients.# Coordinate internal and external teams to manage programming, quality assurance, data collection and advanced processes.# Ensure project schedules and outcomes are achieved on time and with high quality#Design and evaluate trainee subject matter.
