Within the SSD division of Intel Corporation, as a Systems Integrator I was responsible for requirements management, scope baseline, change control, identifying and managing technical risk, interfacing withmultiple engineering functions in a matrixed organization, analyzing and verifying product/projectperformance to top level metrics, and developing product customization for key customers. In this role I worked very closely with the marketing organization, including strategic planning, business development and applications engineering.Before that, I developed customer qualification testing for the tier 1 SSD customers. In this role, in addition to overseeing test execution I also was responsible for driving root cause analysis to resolve customer reported issues.Before that, on behalf of the Intel Server Chipset group, I supported tier 1 OEM customers and their ODMs for conducting design reviews, resolving customer issues, issuing Sightings Reports, and ensuring alignment to Intel's best known methods for system design.
