Being invited to China has been a great honour for me, as well as getting to know the mayors of different cities and business leaders of Greater China. The main goal was to create a more welcomed and harmonious environment within the companies by putting less focus on hierarchy, but more focus on what each individual can do for the company and vice versa.I had the chance to hold a meeting with Mrs. Yang, the General Manager of 金方森林温泉半山酒店, and Managers from four other State owned establishments: 广晟沁园度假酒店， 温泉半岛凯莱度假酒店，心景温泉花园酒店 & 安宁温泉宾馆会议中心, which have always welcomed the biggest influencers and presidents around the globes.Throughout this business trip, I had the chance to develop games, which strengthens teamwork, leadership, and customer cares. We had a lot of fun by dealing with very serious topics with games, which again reinforced the little things within a company that truly makes a difference.It's not about only working, it's about passion, it's not about giving people salaries for living, but giving people a workplace they would actually treat like their own home.It has been very difficult for me to start involving my games and problem solving advices, but at the end I was very happy that it worked on the companies. They started to open up themselves by feeling much more comfortable asking questions, sharing their own opinions without thinking about any boundaries and consequences.I believe that each individual can learn from each other. There is no limit in age, gender, beliefs, origins, cultural differences, and much more... Learning is the only thing that will lead you much further than you think, who ever stops learning - does not live anymore.

As the Ambassador of Nidda, I had the great opportunity to represent my city by traveling to five major spa & historical cities within China: Kunming, Anning, Guiling, Chongqing, and Nanjing.The main goal was to establish "Sister-Cities" between China and Germany, focusing on "Health & Wellness" leading to a greater Sino-German relationship, and an increased number of students and tourists, cultural and economical exchanges.

During my time at The Ritz-Carlton Berlin, I have been assisting our VIP guests in various situations including returning guests after complaints, difficult guests with gender or race preferences, with the main intention of (re)creating their WOW-experience. Smoother SOPs have been implemented from my part, and I am happy for the positive impacts I have made.
