As an Information Consultant I provide international and domestic tourists with comprehensive up-to-date information and do nationwide bookings for transport, activities and accommodation. I am adept with the booking systems used. I manage Merchandise, Website/Social Media and the selling of advertising space to New Zealand tourism companies.

Whilst working full time at the Matamata i-SITE I completed one day per week with Mondo Travel to further my skills in the tourism industry on a temporary basis.My responsibilities were customer service, restocking of brochures and communicating with Infinity Wholesale to create itineraries and quotations for clients.
