Responsible for driving all North American non-retail revenue for the 3rd largest video game publisher whose total revenues reach over $600M annually. Department ownership included eCommerce, Digital Advertising and Licensing/Consumer Products.Increased department revenues 50% year over year in FY10 and drove $20M+ in non-retail sales.Significantly increased Ubisoft’s presence in digital distribution, including expanding relationships and product offerings across PC (Valve/Steam, IGN/Direct 2 Drive), console (Xbox Live, PlayStation Network), cloud computing (OnLive, Gaikai) and iPhone/iTouch. Increased eCommerce revenues 100% in FY10.Led Ubisoft's Digital Advertising, including dynamic in-game advertising and static brand product placements. Developed deep relationships with Massive, Double Fusion, and IGA, as well as top tier advertising agencies and consumer brands. Launched Ubisoft Consumer Products, a mix of licensed and internally developed products based on original Ubisoft IP. Categories include toys, apparel, publishing and film/television distribution and monetization. Brands included Assassin’s Creed, all Tom Clancy’s video game franchises, Prince of Persia, Far Cry, Driver, Shaun White, Raving Rabbids, Petz, Imagine, and Just Dance.
