As part of the ASEC team, I am supporting PMA-290 in the development and delivery of the Minotaur software system to the United States Navy for manned and unmanned aircraft and also providing support to PMA-290 in the development of an aircraft launched drone for special missions.

Program Manager overseeing Simulated Training Devices across all NAVAIR MH-60R, MH-60S Platforms. Program Manager leading a diverse team comprising of Civilian, Military and Contractor professionals at multiple sites throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, and Japan, providing Naval Aviation advanced training simulation products and solutions to meet current and future training requirements. -As the MH-60R/S PM, I ensure that the program achieve the performance goals within the schedule baseline and within the budget for initial installations/upgrades of the U.S. Navy's MH-60R/MH-60S training simulators, to include AVET (MH-60S Aviation Virtual Environmental Trainer), NATS (MH-60R Naval Aircrew Training System), CASE FI (Common Acoustic Simulation Environment Fidelity Implementation), and NGTS (Next Generation Threat System) projects. - Diverse portfolio in excess of $200,000,000 directly controlling >$17,000,000 annually - Responsible for building a cohesive team of 58 personnel of diverse backgrounds and stations at multiple locations throughout the United States, Hawaii, ands Japan to achieve the project objectives and for developing a long term budget for the MH-60R/S for input into the DoD budget. -Implement the Navy Aviation Simulation Master Plan (NASMP) initiative, which focuses on integrating tactically relevant, mission capable virtual simulators with live and constructive entities in a realistic, high fidelity distributed synthetic training environment. -Coordinate with Naval Aviation Leadership and other stakeholders assisting with requirements identification, acquisition, upgrades, integration support and sustainment of new and existing common software products used by multiple NAVAIR platform specific training systems.

Senior Naval Aircrewman Subject Matter Expert overseeing Common Acoustic Products across all NAVAIR Training System Platforms. Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead for PMA-205's Maritime Division. Lead a diverse team comprising of Civilians, Military and Contractor professionals providing Naval Aviation advanced training system products and solutions to meet current and future training requirements. -As the CAP Deputy IPT Lead, I support the program management, technical and business analysis support for the Common Acoustic Simulation Environment Fidelity Implementation (CASE FI) / Next Generation Threat System (NGTS) project for MH-60R/S and P-8A platforms. -Manage cost, schedule, and performance of several Integrated Product Team initiatives that provide state of the art simulation products, tools, and capabilities to enhance Naval Aviation Training and Readiness. -Implement the Navy Aviation Simulation Master Plan (NASMP) initiative, which focuses on integrating tactically relevant, mission capable virtual simulators with live and constructive entities in a realistic, high fidelity distributed synthetic training environment. -Coordinate with Naval Aviation Leadership assisting with requirements identification, acquisition, upgrades, integration support and sustainment of new and existing common software products used by multiple NAVAIR platform specific training systems.

Manages Readiness, Training and Operations for 10 Commands encompassing over 250 personnel. Subject matter expert in all SH-60B/MH-60R matters. Manages sonobuoy / ordnance non-combat expenditure allocation (NCEA) for Fleet Squadrons. Contracting Officer Representative for a 3 year, 19 million dollar hangar renovation project encompassing 3 Fleet Squadrons. Leads and harmonizes the efforts of stakeholders through all stages of the construction process. Able to work with and coordinate the efforts of professionals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets for a wide range of proposals with different subject matter. Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure and high-stress situations to meet deadlines, while displaying self-direction, organizational and time management skills. Effective communicator with outstanding customer service skills in building new partnerships and maintaining long term business relationships. Manager of Operations. Over 4000 hours logged in the SH-60B/MH-60R. Responsible for scheduling 160 personnel in 13 aircraft and 6 simulators. Conducted strategic and long-range planning and coordination of mission needs related to personnel, equipment, and administration. Key member in Squadron transition to MH-60R helicopter platform. Manages IT Department; responsible for 163 work stations. Instructs Fleet Replacement Aircrewmen in the MH-60B/R in areas such as Avionics, Radar, Search and Rescue and Emergency Procedures. Awarded Navy Commendation Medal.

Managed a crew of 9 personnel. Responsible for providing Counter Radio Controlled IED Electronic Warfare (CREW) support to Multi-National Corps-IRAQ and U.S. State Department assets. Provided training and installation of 1100 CREW assets for 2100 solders utilizing Duke and CVRJ systems. Accounted for shipping, tracking, installation, and inventory of CREW systems and facility assets valued at $50 million dollars. Awarded Bronze Star for combat operations in Baghdad, IRAQ.

Manager of Operations. Provided direct oversight of daily departmental operations while managing, training, and evaluating dynamic workforce of 27 helicopter crewmen. Facilitated and tracked staff progress in obtaining required training for deployment, ensuring military access to fully qualified crewman for up to 10 different detachments at varying stages. Conducted strategic and long-range planning and coordination of mission needs related to personnel, equipment, and administration. Subject matter expert; Authored and implemented Ship/Helicopter Integration Program resulting in successful deployment of 20 ships, 30 aircraft and 600 sailors. Manages IT Department; responsible for 108 work stations. Performs Aviation Rescue Swimmer duties and Search and Rescue operations from tactical helicopters in an open ocean environment. Awarded Navy Commendation Medal.

Manager of Operations. Provided direct oversight of daily departmental operations while managing, training, and evaluating dynamic workforce of 27 helicopter crewmen. Facilitated and tracked staff progress in obtaining required training for deployment, ensuring military access to fully qualified crewman for up to 10 different detachments at varying stages. Conducted strategic and long-range planning and coordination of mission needs related to personnel, equipment, and administration. Designed and installed 108 user workstation Navy/Marine Corps Intranet and digital phone system. Template used to transition 4 additional Squadrons. Aerial Gunnery Instructor: trained aircrewman on the M-240 / GAU-16 crew served weapons. Working in conjunction with Louisiana Emergency Management, coordinated 89 aircrewman in rapid 16 plane mobilization and execution of urban search and rescue efforts of New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina, resulting in over 1000 lifesaving rescues. Personally rescued 81 survivors. Awarded Navy and Marine Corps Medal for Heroism.

Manager of Operations. Responsible for scheduling 110 personnel in 11 aircraft and 4 simulators. Detachment Six Lead Aircrewman. Completed Enlisted Surface Warfare Qualification while deployed onboard the USS Samuel B. Roberts. A graduate of the U.S. Navy's Rotary Wing Seahawk Weapons and Tactics Instructor course, he has instructed, evaluated and facilitated graduate level tactics for U.S. Navy aircrews flying the Sikorsky SH-60B, Provided highly advanced training to crews including tactics, hardware, and threat training. Provides advanced tactical training with the M-60D and GAU-16 weapons. Awarded Navy Commendation Medal.

Scheduled student events for the SH-60B curriculum. Wrote learning objectives, prepared test items, evaluated instructional materials and the results of instruction. Following superior performance as an instructor, I was awarded the Master Training Specialist designation which included proficiency in training administration, evaluation, testing, and curriculum development. Awarded Navy Commendation Medal.

Classified position handling special projects for Helicopter Squadrons

Tactical Multi-Sensor Operators for the SH-60B. Coordinated communications during tactical missions at sea, conduct weapons delivery, handle ordnance, perform aircraft maintenance, and inspect and maintain Aviation Life Support System (ALSS) while deployed. Detected, analyzed, classified and tracked surface and subsurface contacts utilizing the UYS-1 acoustic processor. Operated a variety of electronic sensor equipment in support of operations and tactical missions. In addition, performed ground based aircrew duties that contribute directly to aircrew operations, training, and administration to maintain aircrew qualifications and certifications. Certified in first aid and crew-served weapons employment to include the M-60D and GAU-16. Conducted passenger and cargo transport, vertical replenishment, Medical Evacuations, and Search and Rescue missions. Maintained a final secret security clearance. Awarded Navy Achievement Medal.
