Preparing Offer Letters & Appointment Letters for the newly joined employees & Doctors Preparing Full and Final Settlement for the resigned and Struck off employees.Preparing of Experience & Release letter.Maintaining and update the absentees register and Issuing Absentees / Struck off letters to the long absentees and absconded employees.Preparing Late Coming Letters & other Time Office Related Letters of the employees.Preparing the Monthly Overtime Payment statements.Preparing the Monthly Salary Statements of Employees and Doctors.Looking after the statutory matters (PF, ESI & Gratuity)Maintaining the Time Office Functions. ( Leave, On Duty Intimation, Tour Authorization, Permission Intimation made by the employees & updating the same in the System Package)Calculation of Leave Encashment of the employees and doctors as per the Leave Balance.To perform any other routine functions of HR Dept. as directed by the HOD as per exigencies of work.
