Major Responsibilities: • Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.• To prepare detailed forward plans of work commitments and appropriate labor requirements. • To ensure through Electrical supervisors and charge hands that labor, materials, plant and equipment are used effectively and efficiently. • Toorganize and attend regular meetings with Supervisors and other associated staff for reviewing the operation of the Electrical Maintenance Section.• Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations.HT, LT switch gear and power management of 3.5 MW power plant. Schedule Maintenance, Trouble shooting and repairing works of 2 Pcs Jenbacher gas generator, 2 Pcs Diesel (Cummins) Generator.& 15 KVA REB Power.I also take care of these following machines: CPB /Auto Jigger M/C Kusters Dyepad/ HTP Untex S.P.A Germany/ Italy Stenter M/C Bruckner Germany Rotary Printing M/C Reggiani Germany Bleaching & Mercerizing M/C Goller / Benninger Germany Warping/Sizing M/c Karl Mayer Germany Loom machine, Smit GS900 Rapier,Itly,35 units Air Compressor (Screw) - 132 KW, Worthington France, 04 units Boiler (fire tube), 10-ton, Hurst boiler, USA, two units. HR / Compliance Duties / Electrical Safety Responsibility: Prepared a CAP (Corrective Action Plans) for ACCORD & Remediation Plan. Good knowledge about Thermo Graphic Scanning, Electrical Cable Insulation Resistance Test, Earth Resistance Test.  Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Check-List & Cascade to relevant Personnel to bridge maintenance gap.  Execute all the maintenance activities and power distribution ensuring the compliance with the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements.
