With over 23 years of experience in human resources, I am currently leading Talent Acquisition practice for the corporate functions of Reliance Industries Limited, India's largest private sector company. I am also a certified Behavioural Event Interview (BEI) trainer and an expert in HR digitalization, creating and delivering innovative and effective solutions for talent management.In my role, I collaborate with stakeholders and lead recruiting for various functions, such as Procurement, Contracts, Business Services, Corporate Services, Technology, Inventory specialists, Supply Chain Experts, and Finance professionals for the hydrocarbon business of Reliance. I also undertake specific leadership hiring and project hiring for critical business assignments. Additionally, I am the policy and process owner for the talent acquisition group, driving the development projects to improve recruiting efficiency, implementation of recruitment policies, integrate best practices, and manage HR risks and audits. I am passionate about relationship management, solution architecting, and facilitating training and mentoring for my team and the organization.
