Project Planning & Execution:o Substation Planning, Material Procurement, Various AMC finalization's, Inspection, Legal assignments and Project executiono Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilization, manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring the execution of projects within time, cost & budgetary parametersKey Result Areas:• Acquiring various substation equipments such as LT Power Panels, LT Breaker Boards, HT Switchboards, Transformers… Show more Project Planning & Execution:o Substation Planning, Material Procurement, Various AMC finalization's, Inspection, Legal assignments and Project executiono Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilization, manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring the execution of projects within time, cost & budgetary parametersKey Result Areas:• Acquiring various substation equipments such as LT Power Panels, LT Breaker Boards, HT Switchboards, Transformers etc.• Responsible for enquiry preparation of various substation equipments ,sending them to suppliers for technical confirmation• Operating final relay settings and co-ordination with upstream substations• Administering the pre-commissioning inspection at manufacture plant for various substation equipments• Managing Stock Management of material to avoid delay in completion of projects• Engaged in enquiry preparation, technical discussion with suppliers and finalization of Various Annual Maintenance Contracts for Pimpri & Chinchwad Plant• Establishing finalization of Annual Rate Contract for electrical installation and compressed air installation work for contractors with current market rates• Directing purchase requisition for various AMC & ARC Contracts, Stock Monitoring, Material Indents, Budget Monitoring, PO creation by using SAP system• Administering the activities of introduction of new products & new technologies and energy conservation using latest technologies & innovative methods• Coordination with government agencies like State Electricity Boards (MSEDCL in Maharashtra), Electrical Inspector for statutory Compliances • Analyzing suitable resources for the new projects and identifying vendors for procurement, RFQ and receiving quotations• Handling budget and incurrence planning of projects and reviewing of the same at regular intervals Show less

Installation & Commissioning • Installing and commissioning of 400KV, 220KV, 132KV EHV switchyards as well as HT & LT switchboards• Equipment testing, Scheme checking and Relay commissioning of Switchyards and HT/LT Switchboards• Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, scheme modifications and fault finding analysis to improve the efficiency of plant
