Recording and classifying financial transactions in the System and Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies. 3. Reviewing the financial statements for accuracy and compliance. 4. Conducting daily, weekly, or monthly reconciliations of cash accounts, investment positions, and transactions to verify that the recorded data in the institution's systems matches external records, such as bank statements or broker reports. 5. Investigating and resolving discrepancies found during the reconciliation process. this involves identifying the root cause of discrepancies and taking appropriate actions to rectify them. 6. Preparing and presenting reconciliation reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting any significant discrepancies or risks that require attention. 7. Continuously improving reconciliation processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 8. Collaborating with various teams within the organization, such as accounting, operations, and investment teams, to resolve issues and discrepancies effectively. 9. Implementing and utilizing reconciliation software and tools to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual errors. 10. Monitoring cash positions and forecasting cash flows to support liquidity management and investment decisions. 11. Responsible for Performance calculation & Reporting and training to new joiners. Reviewing, updating & implementing new processes and procedures as required, to enhance operational controls. 12. Analyzing data related to cash and investment transaction, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and identifying potential risk related to cash and position.

1. In US Performance and Analytics Monthly Process we are measuring the performance of investment manager and compare with Definitive Benchmark.2. Calculating returns on Mutual Fund (portfolio) based on IRR and Modified Dietz return methodology. 3. Calculating the price return and dividend adjustment price return on commingled funds so that returns are matching as per assigned benchmark. 4. Calculating time weight return on portfolio if the cash flow is breaching the threshold maintain by client. 5. Oversee the monthly cash position on month end reporting and reconciliation, pricing of underlying hedge & Mutual fund position of specified account. 6. Reporting the performance on various asset classes like Equity, Fixed and Alternative Investments. 7. Confirming the trades, corporate action with the respective team if it is impacting the total and security level return of the portfolio 8. Confirming the prices and dividends on Bloomberg Terminal. 9. Performing the Corporate Actions as per trade booked for that day & Updating in Analytics Data. 10. Responsible for sending the Monthly performance reports as per the client deadlines. Working on manager reconciliation sheet to compare the portfolio return with IM return and update the comment if is breaching the tolerance set by client. 11. Maintaining the error log and creating the solution to stop such potential error in future. 12. Worked in flexible hours to meet the client deadlines and requirements.
