 Maintaining monthly maintenance report and sending to Project Manager, General Manager & Directors. Coordinating with government officer (Tahsildars, Collectors, Commissioners and IAS officers) for UID project as well as CSC e governance project. Attending meeting with UIDAI RO as well as CSC e governance projects also doing planning and implementation related to projects. Organizing meeting of dealers to solve their query and problem and groom as well as aware them company’s new product.  Attending meeting with government officers, local MLA, &Cooperators. Understanding problems of software & hardware and providing solutions with help of IT team for UID project. Coordinating with various district co-ordinators (like Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Kolhapur, Solapur, Satara, Sangli, Pune etc.) for any difficulty, for surprise visit to check the project work and report to management regarding the same. Terminating dealers those who are not performing up to the mark or as per guideline of project and company policies and strategy.
