Participate in report development lifecycle including Requirements, Design, Development and Testing. Analyze data, design and develop complex custom reports and dashboards using in-house reporting tools. Prepare technical specifications and estimate solution efforts to translate requirements into technical solutions and Business Intelligence and reporting systems• Provide guidance to software development team on the use and purpose of data warehouses. Direct a team of five data warehouse developers / analysts in the daily operations of the corporate data warehouse. Including data sourcing, data migration, data quality, data design and implementation. • Scope, plan and prioritize multiple project deliverables, based on data warehousing dependencies and changing business needs. Develop project plans, identify and fill project resource needs, and manage projects to on-time, on-budget completion.• Successfully manage multiple projects in the design and implementation of warehouse functionality and interfaces. Knowledge of SAS, data processing, data collection, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
