Heading TaxationHandling GST compliances/returns/audits/notices/demands for PAN India i.e. for 21 states.

I) Goods and Service Tax:Data analysis, reconciliation & preparation of returns, payment and filing of the returns in adherence to due dates, reconcile input featuring on portal with that claimed in actual, follow with the vendors for variances, if any, handle the GST audit and get the same certified from appointed consultancy/firm, ensure compliances, implementation of timely ammendments & resolve the queries, set operational processes in order to meet statutory compliances.Reconcile revenue with taxes on monthly basis ensuring proper flow of the taxes in books.II) Tax Deducted & Collected at Source (TDS & TCS):Analyze the liability ensuring that the TDS rates are being applied correctly & prepare returns; payments and filing of returns in adherence to due dates.Correction of returns, if needed, on TRACESgenerate Form 16 and issue the same to the vendors and ensure compliancesIII) Maharashtra Value Added Tax(MVAT):Data analysis & preparation of returnsPayment and filing of returns in adherence to due datesEnsure compliancesIV) Profession Tax/ ESIC/ Provident Fund/ Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund:To coordinate with appointed consultancies for preparation of returns of Provident Fund/ ESIC/Profession Tax & MLWF; make payment and file returns in adherence to due dates .V) Prepare workings & timely replies to the statutory notices, orders & demands.VI) To prepare all the inputs for assessments and get the assessments done through coordination with the appointed consultancies.VII) To look after statutory & internal audits.VIII) To look after foreign remittances i.e. invoice booking, coordination with consultancy for 15CB, preparation of form 15CA as applicable, preparation & submission of remittance documents to the banks and accounting of remittances done.IX) To look after payments to Marriott as per agreement i.e. royalty, incentives, reimbursement & other applicable fees and report the ageing to the corporate/area office.

To look after accounts receivables i.e. invoicing, bill to company approvals, recovery from debtors etc.

-To look after invoicing, revenue recognition and reconciliation.-To look after worldwide intra-company and intercompany sales and revenue through Reengineered Intercompany Processing (RIP) system.

Had been handling - A) Credits i.e. authorization of credits, debtors' reconciliation, recovery from the debtors, month-end calculations i.e. calculation of the no. of days outstanding B) TDS Receivable i.e. reconciliation of books with 26AS and ensures that the entire credit for the deducted WHT features in Form 26AS C) Invoicing for banquets, accomodation etc. to the debtors D) Bank Reconciliation E)Credit Card Reconciliation
