Tools such as Matlab, Python are used for simulation of model and validation of the model is done on ANSYS Software. This work helps in the accurate prediction of critical temperature and overall temperature distribution in a microprocessor and thereby provide an alternate electronic cooling solution to the existing ones.ACHIEVEMENT: Above research work was published in the International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer.
