- Combustion Development & Calibration of Constant Speed Engines - IRS and ABS type approval for marine propulsion and auxiliary engines- Calibration of 8.9 Lit diesel CRDI Engine for Infantry Combat Vehicle - Combustion development for engines with conventional fuel injection system - Combustion development of fire-fighting engines (both inline and V engines)Simulation using AVL BOOST - Valve timing optimization - Model calibration to see effect of reduction in engine exhaust manifold volume on engine block-loadingProject Management:- Organized and supervised various technical discussions with the customer for understanding and 100% fulfilling technical customer requirements- Reduced the project lead time by almost 20% with lessons learned implementation from experience and projects.- Responsible for coordinating with various cross-functional teams and suppliers for finalizing air system layout and exhaust gas system layout.- Worked as Lead Technical Project Manager, responsible for Calibration, Dataset Management and Validation for CRS projects, with necessary skills in planning and coordinating with customers as well as internal CFTs, for ensuring project timelines.
