My job is to check the quality of the food, handover to the crews with their signed paper and update in the system. I have handled 4 flights of Indigo, 2 flights of go air.

I have started with my own business on a small scale, good response from the customer, here I was handling all the operational things, marketing, material purchase, inventory management on a weekly basis. I run my business with one partner, due to some personal reason I ended my business on end of 2018. Very nice experience as running an operational business.

In Production dept. I worked in opening shift in operations, and front counters, also worked with the grilled and equipment checking properly set and working properly as per to the shifts.
