  In this role, I'm responsible for taking a hands-on approach to manage the delivery of major & complex projects from Renewables and Fuel plant for Business owner (NESTE) located in Finland, Netherland and Singapore to ensure that solutions and the delivery process both satisfy the scope of work (FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPCC, EPCM and Turnaround projects) following standard PIPE models both in Greenfield and Brownfield. I'm required to communicate across delivery teams to ensure that delivery is being achieved within acceptable quality, cost and schedule parameters and take proactive action to support project teams to achieve their goals. There is a strong and vital emphasis on Stakeholder management and good communications of my skills. Looking after and understanding the activity of the project teams, identify and manage program risk items, and ensure good technical governance procedures are followed.
