With over 17 years of experience in diverse industries, I am a seasoned IT leader and a passionate technocrat who designs and implements agile and scalable technology platforms for high-performance business operations. As the Head of IT at JW Ventures Pvt Ltd, I oversee the IT service delivery model for the India region, spanning multiple geographic locations and business units.In my previous roles, I have successfully led the program management of various projects, including ERP upgrades and rollouts, planning and forecasting tools, cloud services, and data center technologies, as well as national rollouts of new IT initiatives. I have also demonstrated strong skills in vendor management, contract and commercial negotiations, procurement and SLA management, IT strategy and governance, and large-scale transition and transformation initiatives.
