Project Management (Testing Services)

• Creating various Weekly & Monthly Effort Details, Metrics, PL to PM Reports, Defect Metrics, Risk and Issue Logs• Configuration Management of the Testing part of the Project• Communication with the Client, Development, Hosting and Management Team• Handling Quality related activities of the Project• Involved in the Project Quality Assurance meetings related to the Project Health Checkup and Quality of the project• Project Status and Client Deliverables for every release• On-Boarding & Off-Boarding formalities of the resources, Access Management, Assets Management, Mandatory Training Compliance• Analyzing the new Requirements or Change Request and giving High Level and Low Level estimations• Creating Test Estimations, Test Plans, Test Strategies• Taking care of getting all the Test Environment and Test Data ready before starting the Testing Execution phase• Reviewing the Requirement Documents, Test Execution Results by the Team, Use Cases, Test Scenarios

Roles and Responsibilities: (As a Senior Test Specialist)• Involved in UI, Functional, Regression, CAT, PAT Testing• Writing, Updating and Executing Test Cases (UI, Functional)• Executing Automated Test Scripts using RFT, Selenium• Bug Tracking and Maintaining Issue Logs by exporting the Defects data from RCQ and keeping track on the same• Creating monthly Defect sheets for getting the exact count of Opened Defects, Resolved Defects, Closed Defects, Fixed Defects, Assigned and Analyzed defects• Creating Test Summary Report and Monitor Testing Progress• Interacting with Testing and Development team for fixing bugs after successive iterations and getting the defects fixed and tested as per the estimated times and Change Requests• Giving KT sessions to the new Test Team Members

Roles and Responsibilities:• Writing Test Plans and Test Scenarios• Writing and Executing Test Cases (UI and Functional)• Defect tracking and Maintaining defect logs• Self initiative to make the process automated using capture and playback effect by using Automation Tools like App Perfect and J Meter• Updating Test Scenarios and Use Cases in proper format

Roles and Responsibilities:• Creating Product Specification Summaries and handling new Change Requests from Testing point of view• Deciding the Workflow and Use Cases of projects for Execution of Test Plans, Scenarios and Test Cases• Creating Test Plans, Test Plan Summaries, Test Cases• Creating Traceability Matrix and Defect Reports• Executing Test Cases for Functional Testing and UI Testing for the various sub projects of the product on various Platforms like Win XP 32, 64, Win Vista 32, 64 and checking Compatibility• Handling Weekly Status reports by Team and Weekly calls with Managers and Team in US and UK

Roles and Responsibilities:• Involved in UI, Functional, Regression Testing• Writing and Executing Test Cases and Test Scenarios• Creating designs for better understanding of the product to explain the product specifications and dashboard options in the Help Files documentation• Updating Help documentation about the product for end users• Raising Defects and keeping track to get those fixed
