To create awareness and educate representatives of people from different constituencies to make representation before the State and Central Government authorities, their offices & officials and bureaucrats about the work status of different government projects and policies by using different methods & training which is not limited to study of different policies and projects, Govt Budget Research ( its expenses, timeline & components), Ground Survey & Data Collection, public advocacy, conducting Public Meetings or Jan Sabhas with Elected Representatives for Passing resolutions on different agendas based on Study outcome on different issues , Activation of Civil Society Organization. To organise awareness and education programs for the voters in rural and urban areas, and work with the election commission of India.

1. Developed and implemented strategic plans and campaign strategies for candidates, ensuring a targeted and effective approach.2. Analyzed data on political issues, candidates, demographics, and public opinion, actively contributing to problem-solving and proposing strategic solutions.3. As the head of operations, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our organization's activities and ensuring that they align with our mission and goals. I am focused on managing our resources effectively and efficiently to maximize the impact of our programs and services. I work closely with our executive director and other senior leaders to develop and implement a strategic plan, manage our financial and human resources, oversee program implementation, ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and mitigate risks to our operations. I also establish and monitor performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our programs and services and cultivate partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, stakeholders, and community leaders. With my strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and deep understanding of the non-profit sector, I am committed to ensuring the success of our organization and making a positive impact in our community.
