I worked on the GRMS project as a Senior Associate Quality Control. GRMS is an in-house project of Synechron. Where all the Recruitment processes of Synechron happened. We managed Candidate enrolling till the Resignation process through the GRMS application.I worked on API and database.

I have worked on the Travel Click project. Where I perform Functional, Integration & API testing on GMS/PMS applications (GMS is a Gust Management System and PMS is a Property Management System). I verify API's for GMS Profile Create/Modify, Reservation Create/Modify/Cancel, Stay, and Availability Messages.Moreover, in parallel, I am working on the Survey Module where I create/Modify/Rate Guest Survey Response. Once Gust Stay ends, they showcase their response on the Survey feedback page. We segregate those and evaluate them based on question rating/Choices.
