Key Responsibilities- Gathering data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems- Cleaning and organizing data to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis- Creating visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to present findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner- Generating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders to aid in decision-making processes- Identifying trends and patterns in complex data sets that can provide valuable insights for the organization- Using historical data to make predictions and forecasts about future trends and behaviors- Extracting information from large data sets using various tools and techniques- Managing and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity and security- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reports- Working with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions- Providing recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and strategies- Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all data-related activities- Effectively communicating complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities- Generating weekly/monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends measuring KPIs and other important metrics- Calculating Incentive Payout for Sales Team and ensuring timely payout of the same- Compiling & Assigning Leads & Calling Databases to Tele Marketing Team on regular basis- Forecasting Budgets for Income, Costs and other KPIs basis past data and trends- Reconciliation of Nos. to bridge the gap between Tele Marketing Team claims & Data Entry- Compiling & Submitting a set of reports to International Team on monthly & quarterly basis- Developing new reports & dashboards as per the management requirements- Fulfilling ad-hoc requests, handling query & exception management within the timelines- Validating data by imposing several checks on the raw extracts received from IT- Comparative & Variance Trend Analysis around KPIs to facilitate management decision making- Rationalization & Automation of existing reports on new age BI tools like Salesforce, Power BI- Serving as a liaison between the Customer and Development Team- Ensuring documentation, formats & specifications are complete; taking sign off from customers- Performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) after every build- Coordinating with Development team in designing and implementing functionalities

- Leading the team for Report Automation through Enterprise Data Warehouse, using Agile approach on new age Business Intelligence tools like QlikSense, SAP BO- Leading the MIS & Reporting team to serve Distribution, Marketing and Management requirements- Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating user needs against systems to determine the most effective means of satisfying the requirements- Suggesting templates for new reports and enhancements- Ensuring project documents & specifications are complete and stored appropriately; taking sign off from customers- Co-ordinate with development team for requirement of clarity- Testing before releasing to customer- Ensuring circulation of regular Business Performance reports, KPI Measurement Dashboards within the timelines as per the agreed frequency- Design & deploy new reports and tracking dashboards within least possible turn around- Analyze productivity of sales force and facilitates Distribution Management, Sales Promotions & HR to understand productivity trends

- Publishing MISs, Reports, Dashboards and Performance Reports on Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis- Allocating work to the team members according to the different work types- Disbursing Funds to the Borrower either by writing Checks or by doing Wire Transfers to their account- Helping TL in preparing EOD Report

Providing Online Assistance to the queries filed by the Customers of Sony Online Entertainment, San Diego through Transaction Processing/Web Support

- Creating Digital Maps of the roads on projects of USA, Canada, Europe, Germany- Attributing the geographical information which is used for Car Navigation & GIS- Digitizing, Repositioning, Stabilization, Update Reports and Release Procedures- Quality Check on produced data according to the standard method given by QTM
