I have served in several roles during my tenure at this company. I started out in network design and field data collection for several AT&T fiber overbuild projects in Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas. I then transferred to the wireless construction division where I currently work as a wireless construction technician. In this business unit we install and maintain the Verizon wireless 5g & C-Band networks in Oklahoma and North Carolina and California. I am also cross-trained in the installation of digital antenna systems assisted on several projects at the Mayo Clinic in Mankato, Minnesota. I have a level II training in telecom data center installation and I have assisted on AT&T data center upgrades in Tulsa and Hennessey, Oklahoma . Another exciting emerging tech project that I am involved in is the construction of remote network hubs for Cruise driver-less vehicles located in San Francisco, Austin, Houston and Detroit. In this role my job is to construct and install all Layer 1,2 &3 devices in the remote hub. I also provide limited integration support for the client when requested

My Responsibility at this job was to locate underground utility facilities using a combination of prints and visual references and to safely connect my equipment to those facilities so as to mark their path using paint and flags. This was required to keep contractors and the communities around dig sites safe while work was performed around buried utilities. This job required for me to be accurate and pay attention to detail in order to avoid costly repairs and service outages in my designated area.

I have training in gas processing such as refrigeration, dehydration and compression of natural gas, This training also includes the shutdown and start up of all gas processing equipment within the plant environment. I also have experience in day and night plant operation both in the field and in the SCADA control room. I have training as a first responder and carry a current CPR certificate. My responsibilities at this job were to install AT&T's U-verse product which includes television, high speed internet and VOIP telephone services. I am required to make all the connections at the street side terminals and at the Network interface devices at the side of the premise. In addition I am also required to check and test all coaxial cable for loss and physical damage before connecting them to the set top equipment. Another aspect of my job is to connect all computers, laptops and various wireless devices to the home network this includes installing wireless cards on laptops or USB cards on desktop computers. I am also required to educate the customers on how to use the different products and services to create a better experience for the customer and reduce lost productivity due to call backs.
