Improving online customer experience is a top priority for many organizations and Tealeaf's Customer Behaviour Analysis Suite was created with this goal in mind. By utilising Tealeaf, companies have both the quantitative data, as well as the qualitative experience information necessary to understand customers' true experiences — information that is foundational to conducting customer behaviour analysis.My role includes:• Customer facing Consultant covering both Pre and Post sales activities• Collecting business requirements and producing technical specifications, designs and recommendations• Coordinating, project managing and undertaking on-site and remote software installations• Monitoring hardware and software post installation and providing customer support• Training customers on the administration and use of Tealeaf software• Working with clients to make the best use of the Tealeaf products and helping to improve usability, conversion, sales and error rates for both internal and public facing systems• Impact analysis• Covering a wide range of business sectors across the EMEA region

In this role I was responsible for the central e-commerce team consisting of Java developers, project managers and web analyst whilst continuing in my technical consultancy role.I was also the business owner and held sole responsibility of our Tealeaf implementation, from setup through to establishing the benefits/losses of issues identified. I ensured that Tealeaf is used in an effective manner and that we take advantage of any additional modules where there is clear scope for it increasing the ROI.

Joined when the E-Commerce department was only just finding it's feet and the online potential was only just starting to be seen by the business.Overseeing a team of developers, I provide a technical consultancy, project management and development role to the business on developments for both the websites and the reservations system where required, across 6 different products.
