I have extensive experience in managing and supporting ICT across multi-site environments, both my in-house team and for a multi service provider. I have designed and delivered training to a wide range of people on a range of subjects, and have proven I can convey in depth or summarised technical information in an understandable manner to a range of IT colleagues, stakeholders and other non-technical staff.I currently manage an in house IT Team as well as various supplier relationships from selection through to contract agreement, I set clear expectations and regularly challenge excellence in terms of cost or service level to hold them to account. Several of these relationships are long term and have been established for more than a decade.
