My career spans savory (Frito-Lay, Unilever) and sweet products (Kraft, Cadbury, Mondelez). I have played various leadership role i.e R&D Global Platform Lead ,BU R&D director and HR partner for innovation team as OD lead. I provide technical leadership and influence strategy. My Education in Agriculture, Food Science, and Management enables me to contribute from raw material sourcing to market strategy. While my experience in India company and MNC help me to bring best of both the world in my work. I was recognized by PepsiCo, Unilever, Kraft, and Mondelez for some of exceptional work. My expertise includes seasonings, cooking paste, extrusion, chocolate, biscuits, and sauce. I excel in project management, consumer science, agri procurement, quality, regulatory, and technical capability building. Passionate about team building, inclusion, and talent identification, I have also undergone training in MTLA, BTLA, MBTI, and coaching. My extensive travel experience enhances my ability to thrive in multi-country team environments.
