• New supplier set up, maintenance, and management of relationships.• Invoice entries, Bill to Purchase Order checking on bill entry. • Minimising and reconciliation of post bill supplier variances where possible.• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.• Meeting month end deadline as per month end schedule.• Supplier Statement Reconciliation• Process improvements.• Work closely with suppliers to build their understanding against the terms of payment• Supporting other departments during peak periods where required.

• Maintain creditor code in clear soft accounting software to record transactions.• Processing 200- 300 invoices per day.• Completion of month-end tasks in accordance with Marchon’s financial reporting timetable in an accurate and timely manner.• Weekly paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is made for outstanding amount.• Monthly suppliers' statement reconciliations and liaising with suppliers with day to day issues.• Bank Reconciliation and Intercompany reconciliation using Pivot table and VLOOKUP.• Make sure the international reconciled balance paid on time.• Recording and confirming the International goods received and offsetting prepaid.• Assisting Account Receivable for Cheque Deposit and maintaining the record in system.• Maintaining the Purchase order tracker and reconcile with the invoice.

• Input and maintain accurate data in accounting and ensuring that the correct coding is used to record transactions.• Processing 50-70 invoices per day and subcontractor in Jobpac software.• Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payment runs.• Monthly suppliers' statement reconciliations and liaising with suppliers with day to day issues.• Archiving the documents.• Attending AP enquiry calls and responding to emails.
