Workforce Analyst
CurrentCreate, develop, pull, consolidate, reconcile, organize, track, maintain and refresh workforce dashboards and reports to be used by all levels of the organization using data from integrated and non-integrated data systems, and maintain an established publication schedule with aggressive timelines.Assist with the development of strategic business cases by gathering information from dispersed systems and published communicationsExtract, analyze, and maintain the integrity of data fields in Oracle HCM used for workforce reportingPublish weekly, monthly and semi-annual reportsProvide operational administration, reporting, and hypothesis testingDevelop innovative ways to provide key actionable insights to support all areas of the organization including executive-level presentations to drive key decision making.Partner with the business unit leaders, HRBP’s, and IT to implement analytical support to business units to assist in the development, implementation, and cost/value analysis of key organizational initiatives and projects to help identify important questions about the employee lifecycle and answer them with data.Partner with the People Analytics team as well as lead specific projects in a cross-functional, collaborative effort in the development of strategic business cases by gathering information from dispersed systems and published communicationsTest hypothesis and summarize findings with suggested next steps in presentation format for internal and external HR customers.Experience required in designing and creating dashboards, providing a proof of concept, and reporting solutions using an appropriate application (Tableau, Excel, other)Develop a trusted advisor relationship with team and customers through clear and concise communication, high quality of work, timely execution of projectsEnsure customer satisfaction through addressing the underlying ask, accuracy of information presented, quality delivered, and timeliness of completion
