Experienced Debt Manager to lead our team in managing and recovering Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) related to our Mortgage products. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective collection and legal activities, including SARFAESI (Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest) proceedings. The Debt Manager will also be responsible for managing and analyzing Management Information Systems (MIS) to optimize recovery strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of debt recovery professionals to achieve collection targets- Coordinate with internal teams, such as legal, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless recovery processes- Collaborate with external partners, such as lawyers, investigators, and auctioneers, to facilitate legal activities and asset recovery- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies for Mortgage NPAs, including collection and legal action plans- Manage and analyze MIS reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in debt recovery- Oversee SARFAESI proceedings and coordinating with authorities- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies- Monitor and report on team performance, providing Training and guidance as needed- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance debt recovery efficiency.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or related fields- Proven track record of successfully managing and recovering NPAs- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and coordination skills- In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI and other relevant legal frameworks- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing and analyzing MIS reports- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Product Manager - Digital Product (2 years)
