-Managing 20+ projects at Pan India level.-Verifying project Design and BOQs.-Taking necessary Budget approval. -Preparing Purchase/Work orders.-Coordinating with sourcing team for project requirement.-Verifying measurements and documents.-Processing of vendor bills, advance payments and final bills.-Supervising maintenance executives for PPM/breakdown calls etc.

-Managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility.-Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations.-Executing the project at assigned site, coordinating with vendors to finish within timeline.-Understanding the BOQs, drawings and submitting vendor bills as per Contracts.
