• Configuration and installation of mobileiron in IOS and Android devices.• Perform Device retire/ register/ wipe out.• Managing the Mobileiron profiles of the customer like Registration, pushing the necessary profiles from Mobileiron core, clearing the blocks which are formed in the active sync and retiring the profiles from the Mobileiron core whenever necessary, this includes for both android and iOS users.• Configuration and installation of Good for enterprise in iPhone, iPad and android devices.• Coordinate & engage vendors for Major Escalations.• Review alerts, Updates & Version Upgrades and inform the customers accordingly.• Perform cleanup on weekly basis for every customer for the devices have not checked in for more than 60 days.• Handling the priority incidents and coordinating with internal teams(if required) for speedy resolution.• Knowledge on renewing apple MDM certificate.• Responsible for User Documentation, K.B creation and training new hires.• Installation and configuration of mail client Lotus Notes and Troubleshooting.• Resolve desktop related issues, Set up and resolve issues related to VPN (SMC pulse),Troubleshooting knowledge in VPN(SMC Network connect & SMC Pulse).• Top performer for the month of Nov 2014 and Dec 2014.• Completed the course V8.5 Support Specialist Fundamentals which is certified from Mobileiron.• Completed the course Core Deployment & Administrator Fundamentals which is certified from Mobileiron.
