With over 23 years of experience in building construction and project management, I am a seasoned civil engineer and a leader in the real estate industry. My core competencies include project planning, procurement, contract management, quality assurance, cost control, and team building. I am passionate about delivering high-quality projects that meet the expectations of customers and stakeholders. I am currently the Construction Head-Operations at Godrej Properties Ltd., one of the most reputed and trusted real estate developers in India.In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the operations and handover of projects in the region, with a total super built-up area of 5.36 million Sft. I lead and motivate teams of professionals and contractors, ensuring that the projects are executed with utmost quality standards, within budget and schedule. I also coordinate with various internal and external agencies, such as design, sales, marketing, legal, and liaising teams, to facilitate smooth and timely completion of projects. Some of the notable projects that I have managed include Godrej Ananda, Godrej Royale Woods, Godrej Sunrise Estate, Godrej Reserve, Godrej Avenues and Godrej Aqua. I have also headed the quality assurance and training team at Century Real Estate, where I implemented best practices and standards for project delivery.
