Production Engineer
CurrentPlan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory.Manpower Management for all assembly work going on in shop floor.Maintaining DSR (Daily Status Report of machines), DPR (Daily Production Report) and day to day basis requirements of materials from purchase, casting and machining departments.Coordinating with quality department & After Sales Department for better quality of machines with FDR (Field Defect Report) and SDR (Sales Development Report) process.Identify faults, investigate production problems and repair equipment quickly and efficiently.Supervise junior engineers and sub-contractors and ensure effective communication in order to avoid errorsPlan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
