Swaroop Dinakar is a Managing Scientist Human Factors at Driver Research Institute. He possess expertise in industrial engineering, microsoft office, solidworks, product development, data analysis and 22 more skills. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Konkani and Kannada. He has worked with me as a Graduate Research Assistant since early 2014 on multiple human factors research projects, and I fully endorse him as a top-notch future employee. Through his experience with the research projects, Swaroop has developed an impressive breadth of domain knowledge in driving safety (ground transportation), specializing in emergency vehicle operations, and also in nuclear power operations. He has demonstrated learned skills through these projects, including Cognitive Task Analysis, survey methods, simulation design, and the design and conduction of human subjects studies. He is also an excellent technical writer, serving as an author on a technical report for the Emergency Vehicle Driving Distraction project, a technical report for the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and two in-progress journal articles for those studies. With each successive project he has worked on he has taken on increasing responsibility and consistently meets or exceeds my expectations.
