I am a residential mortgage lending expert that has helped thousands of home buyers and homeowners make the right decisions when choosing financing for their home purchase or mortgage refinance. I take the time to educate my clients about mortgage financing options, so they are comfortable making what is usually their single largest investment decision in their life. I offer a wide variety of mortgage products including, Conventional loans, VA, FHA, USDA, Construction Permanent Mortgages & JUMBO Loans. I am licensed to do business in Alabama, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.I have been a leader in the mortgage industry for over 39 years with management roles at banks, national and local mortgage bankers and owned a mortgage company for over 12 years. I have also been an instructor for hundreds of other mortgage lending professionals in PA, NJ, NY & VA for their mandatory pre-licensing courses and was a licensed real estate instructor in Pennsylvania teaching Broker level courses to Real Estate Agents. My focus over my career has been on residential mortgage lending only, this focus has benefitted the clients that I have advised.I am also active supporting my community by serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of South-Central New Jersey.
