Organizes and analyzes complex and varied healthcare data from relevant sources, using statistical methods to ensure validity of results. Recognizes and identifies trends or factors essential to optimizing clinical, operational and strategic performance.Reviews and evaluates materials such as budgets, staffing estimates, to determine financial and operational impact.Prepares graphic presentations and summary reports and participates in design and preparation of reports to support hospital leadership strategies.Prepares Financial Feasibility Analyses: expenses, projected revenues, current financial status, Quality Measures: contribution to the health care delivery system and standard of practice guidelines.Develops and maintains internal and external data information sources and access in support of the data analysis and reporting requirements for UHB, including quantitative and qualitative data.Maintains communications and systems necessary to secure comparative data from external sources, including but not limited to, UHB, UPB, AAMC and MGMA and other sources.Prepares routine and ad hoc clinical, qualitative and quantitative analyses of UHB activity with detailed information of department and physician activity for the purpose of identifying trends to support management strategies.Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Responsible for managing the first and second level technical support/training team and ensuring that end-users receive the highest level of training, technical support, and customer satisfaction• In charge of Change Control process, SOPs, SLAs, RCAs• Lead analyst in charge of Service Delivery & Operations Division• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects/workload, ensuring timely completion• Create and maintain forms, email templates and procedural and technical documentation for all in house and packaged software• Mentor IT colleagues, raising awareness with respect to customer service, service desk etiquette, working with a variety of teams and technology• Interview and screen potential new hires, train new hires and conduct performance reviews• Go to person for all technical assistance of Mobile Devices and mentor to users• Coordinate licensing purchase with the vendor for all Adobe and Microsoft software installations and keep detail log of all license purchased and installed on user’s PC• Communicate major system issues that impact the end-user community to senior IT management• Test and evaluate new applications, software enhancements and new workstation builds• Ensure new hires and termination procedures are in line with guidelines• Thorough understanding of the sensitivity of information systems and the importance of customer service within the business model and ethical obligations (HIPPA Compliant Training, ITIL Process)• Work on Designing BMC Footprints database forms, templates and Service Catalog• Analyze existing applications, processes, and workflows in order to identify improvements
