I have spent a large part of my professional life at Wipro Technologies reporting to the Global Head of IT and responsible for IT Transformation (Network, Security, Telecom, M&A SPOC) and Global NOC Operations including Network, Security and Telecom. IT transformation team (Network/Security/Telecom) which I was leading, is responsible for evaluating new technologies/solutions to be deployed in the enterprise that will be supporting the global work force. Active member of the core IT group that was responsible for the various certification programs taken up by the organization at different stages to showcase competence and Compliance to global standards - BS7799 / ISO 20K/ ISO 27K programs. Well versed in running the Enterprise IT Infrastructure Especially the network and security infrastructure catering to the requirements of nearly 150K employees across the globe and delivering SLA based services. Also Adept in End user IT services and ODC setup/management/compliance/customer Audit.
