Client: GE Digital Role: Sr. UI DeveloperEFS (Engineering Funding System) is used for placing work directly with or without funding, to either internal employees or external vendors via workflow documents. To accomplish this, the EFS system uses workflow processes along with email communications, and interfaces to financial systems. The requestor submits the funding document. If applicable, it is then routed to the Cost Account Manager, and then finally to the finance person for approval and the appropriate account distribution number.Responsibilities:• Develop the front-end by doing hands-on coding using HTML 5.0, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js, Axios calls• Developed the new BUI components like collapsible BUI cards, Stepper components to track the process or the current situation of the application, data tables and contributed them back to the BUI components repository so that other teams can use for their projects.• Tested the end to end flow of the components using Robot Framework.• Worked on NGINX webserver.• Worked on Cross-Browser compatibility and fixed the bugs for several browsers.• Worked on GIT to maintain the versions.• Used Rally for Development and Defect tracking. • Followed CICD process.• Followed Agile methodology.

Digital Inspection project is GE oil and Gas Predix based solution for monitoring corrosion of pipes in oil refineries The application runs on Predix cloud and gathers data about temperature and wall thickness at various sections of a Customer Plant and uses this data to show the customer how the plant health is. Green represents a plant is in good shape. The graphs are developed using D3JS and on top of it also provided each and every phone details and logs so that whenever an employee even want to try to keep a track of some details they can even do that and they have the opportunity even blocking some of the calls .So there are a lot of features that are being provided, as part of small business team.
