Being part of the expansions team, I managed and launched Amazon’s footprint in 4 countries and Amazon's business lines like Retail, Twitch, corp AP, AWS, Flex, Digital and Global store in 16 countries across the globe. Diving deep into this, I implemented process improvements that reduced the UAT timelines by 50% and configuration migration by 40%. I also owned the automation of Oracle User Management (UMX) configurations from initiation through delivery saving 2 person months of effort per year.I owned the configurations for setting up new Fulfillment Centers (FC) in OFA and ensured ontime launch of 550+ FCs across the globe. I currently play a role of a single functional analyst handling the procurements team which includes building new interfaces, enhancing the existing interfaces with third party systems and managing the ticking queue without escalations.

I played a role of a functional team lead for an automation development project where I was responsible for preparing functional flows for the test script from modules like OChRM, AP, AR, GL and FA. I have conducted root cause analysis on frequently occurring issues and ensured smooth development of the test scripts.I worked on many conversions like offers, accruals and claims from OChRM, AR cash receipts, fixed assets, GL balances, users and others. I have also worked on Forms Builder and few form personalization. I contributed to the design, development, testing, troubleshooting and debugging the issues.I also played a role as a support team member for oracle finance modules like OChRM, AP, AR, GL, FA, iExpenses, Cash Management in 2 projects where I could achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring that the service quality norms are met. I prepared an elaborate end to end process flow techno-functional document for OChRM for which I was awarded with a title of "STAR" resource by one of my client SME.
