As the program’s lead business analyst worked closely with stakeholders from Atypon and Wiley teams to help migrate Wiley Online Library(WOL), Wiley’s proprietary offering, onto the Literatum platform. - - - Defined and prioritized SMART objectives, captured detailed requirements, demonstrated incremental capabilities, prepared UAT tests, and identified gaps in testing to help deliver the project on time and successfully.- Facilitated process workshops with Wiley’s Business team and with Atypon team to model (via Blueworks tool) existing and future state business processes that are impacted by the migration of WOL to the new platform.
