I am a dedicated educationist with 17 years experience in the field of education. My ambition is to guide children to become global citizens of the world by providing appropriate learning opportunities to them. I hold a degree in Counseling Psychology from Mumbai University , Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology from Xavier’s Institute of Counseling Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration from Symbiosis University among others. Apart from these professional trainings, I have had experience as the administrative as well as the curriculum head in several of schools. Being a counseling psychologist working in highly reputed institutions in Mumbai, I endeavour to guide children with learning disabilities so as to facilitate their effortless integration into the educational process. Other areas that are of interest to me are professional development for school staff, career counseling, home intervention services, assessing student needs, and conducting workshops for teachers and students on a variety of topics. I believe in updating myself so as to become aware of the recent trends in education all over the world; and at present am pursuing my doctorate in early childhood education from Walden University, USA I am presently the Curriculum head at a renowned school in Mumbai, and wish to take it to great heights of achievement in the educational arena, among others.
