In 2021, I was hired by Trojan Technologies to provide executive leadership and direction for the transformation of our aftermarket parts and services (AMPS) business unit with a focus on incorporating a direct sales model, strategically driving sustainable growth initiatives for successful commercialization. For Enerflex (formerly Exterran), I designed & built large bid packages (technical and commercial) for Produced Water Treatment Projects in North America, Middle East, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions. My responsibilities included managing process design, selecting equipment, estimating CAPEX and OPEX, conducting vendor meetings, outlining process flow diagrams, evaluating risks, and handling proposal documentation, as well as overseeing commercial and legal functions and negotiations. My goal was to ensure a seamless transition to project management and engineering teams for successful project implementation. I developed and executed innovative business growth strategies, overseeing client-focused internal research and development (R&D) initiatives from conception to completion.
